Tips For Online Booking:
NEW PATIENTS: When booking online, select “Evaluation” appointment. All new patients are required to have an evaluation prior to other appointments.
RETURNING PATIENTS: When booking online, select “Treatment Session”. If you are already on a package, select “Treatment Session” and your appointment will automatically pull from your package.
MAINTENENCE PLAN PATIENTS: When booking online, select “Maintenence Visit”.
